I've been using this boron for quite some time now as part of my daily vitamin intake. This is a great mineral to supplement your diet with and the price is reasonable for the size of the bottle a.k.a. the amount of capsules you get. I definitely recommend this for anyone who is deficient in this mineral.

Rather rare to find a boron supplement that is all natural based. Boron is needed with cartilage and joint pain issues I am finding. I feel it helps me and improves pain. There is no taste to the product and there seems to be a quality product. I make use of the product on a daily basis. Package is good. Benefit will likely be best at least for me when combined with other joint supplements.

I like the quantity of boron it contains per dose, it's not a ridiculously high amount or too low. I looked a long time to find this composition. The broccoli is a nice addition too. I will repurchase as part of my bone health supplements.
