i wanted to buy some supplements to take in the fall-winter season to boost my immunity a bit. Due to their composition, these tablets seemed like a good choice to me, I am currently finishing the second package. The price was also more than acceptable. I still haven’t even caught a cold this season, so they seem to work.

I do not like buying multivitamins because it has megadoses of vitaminB which i do not need daily -i eat healthy and i take milo (already have vit b). However, i want to make sure i have enough of zinc, selenium, vit. D and probiotics.. these are not included in my daily diet but are essential in keeping my immunity. Luckily, i found this product 👍 i will repurchase soon

I am very pleased with this product. Ever since this plague called covid started, I have been taking immune boosting products all the time. In this product, the amounts of vitamins and supplements are well distributed, they do not cause problems with the stomach and digestion, perhaps because of Bacillus coagulans. And I like that it contains Monolaurin, I’ve read the latest research on that supplement and I like the conclusions. I recommend reading about Monolaurin.

Size of the capsules is regular, I would say they are around 2 cm long, but they are not hard to swallow. Packaging is made of plastic. They don't have any taste. Ingredient list looks pretty great for immunity boost. Although serving size is 3 caps per day, I take one because I don't have any deficiency and full serving would be too much for me.

Excellent quality with good ingredients. I have purchased it for my mother in order to improve her overall health and she claims to have much more energy and feels healthier than before. The pills have acceptable size and are easy to swallow. She takes two per day for her immune system. For the price and quality there is really no competition.
