My body absorbs the calcium from this brand best. I have been taking other brands of calcium, but this one makes a big difference. My nails have become noticeably healthier and stronger, and they remain clear and strong even after using nail polish (they used to yellow and get flakey after I use nail polish on them).
I’ve took these calcium from time to time for years, I bought it because it had five different types of calcium and it worked. But now I got this calcium only with three types of calcium though on the photo there are still five. I am very disappointed, hope it will work as well as previous version
A family package of vitamin C. I can never dispense with it. It is rich in antioxidants. Its benefits I cannot count, but it is a major vitamin in strengthening the body’s immunity. The packaging and dosage are excellent. The ingredients are of quality and it has no taste. Most importantly, it is gentle on the stomach and has no side effects.
The best supplement of calcium:magnesium 2:1 talking about price and quality since part of the minerals are aminoacid chelated so they are better available to the body. I never lack of this in my cupboard. I have a much better sleep. Be aware the tablets are quite big, sometimes I need to drink a bit to help their dissolution in the stomach.
