this garlic supplement goes down easily. I take it as part of an immunity protocol. I do not take it everyday but as more of a prevention. there is no taste, though there is a strong garlic odor. I noticed the benefit within the first 24 hours after taking this.

Garlic is generally the most powerful anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory agent, the doctor ordered me to swallow garlic straight with teeth, it’s difficult, so capsules are the best choice! The smell is insignificant, the tablet is small.
I bought this for my wife as a source for reducing high cholesterol. The product is of good quality and the ingredient is enteric and does not cause heartburn. People of age over 45 should make it a point to take garlic or garlic supplements as it is supposed to be benefit high cholesterol. This product did not have any effect on my wife's cholesterol. Packaging, size etc are all fine, but did not have the expected effect.
it is good for people having high blood pressure. the effect is not immediate and have to take for weeks to see the decline in blood pressure
Got it for cheap. Has about a good amount of allicin in it. I wish they had a 90 or 120 variant of the product as I take garlic supplements 3 to 4 times per day. Bought it a second time.

My blood pressure is not in normal range, so I thought I would try a garlic product. As 21st Century is a brand I use, I gave it a try. Unfortunately, it hasn't worked for me. I liked the product, and had no gastrointestinal issues, but my blood pressure hasn't normalized.
The inactive ingredients are subpar, and worrisome. I guess that’s why the price is so cheap, no active ingredient level listed on product either, don’t recommend.
