This product from germany orignally is great for infllammatory processes and digestion. The 800 size is great because it lasts a while. You usually take 3 two times a day on an empty stomach but if you need it for inflammation, you can take a lot more. It is a series of protyletic enzymes that create a healthy reaction in the body. Great benefit, nice package and a good thing to take for health improvement.

Have been using Wobenzym for at least 10 years or more. It's a great product. I can always tell when I haven't been using it consistently. It really helps with joint pain & rebuilding cartilage. My mom had bilateral knees & bilateral hips replacements by my age, also both shoulders done later on. 72 years old & no total joints yet. Yah.
This actually works. You have to give it time, and take about, say, five tablets at a time on an empty stomach (both things are a nuisance), but by about week two or three, there was definitely a difference in my arthritic pain (knees). I hate all the excipients, and the price is a joke, so I am on the hunt for a dupe. I think Michael's Naturopathic, Recovery Zymes might be close, but given the reviews are mixed, and the price is very similar, I doubt I'll bother with that one.
