This is a quality product as are most of Sprout Living products are that I have tried. The powder includes a well balanced array of ingredients, so you are getting a complete package. I used it as an add on to my morning oatmeal mix as well as a nice after dinner drink - protein mix plus with some warm oat milk and honey (occasionally add a tablespoon of chia seeds). Really helped me digest a meal, plus added the greens. The one drawback may be it takes a bit of stirring to settle. Clumped a bit in a warm drink, so need a bit more stirring. All-in-all though, good product even if a bit pricey. I order one every other quarter.
