Used this oil for all types of cooking and any type of vegetable is found to be suitable. Couldn't find any difference in taste or odor. The oil is easy to pour and the bottle is most safe to store oil as if plastic the content can leach into the oil. Also, cold pressed oil is best for health.

This is a good buy and I like the heavy glass container that makes for damage free shipping. The flavor of walnuts is not as strong as some other brands but it’s okay. Good enough! Now it’s May 22 and I tasted it plain without food or heating and the flavor of walnuts is gone!
