since my “usual” was out of stock, i had to grab this, instead...yeah... it seems like other ingredients are in, compare to my fav so long as the amount of phosphatidyl serine is 100mg per capsule, supposed to be fine with me, but somehow i prefer my usual, haha i don’t know, just because i got used to the usual stuff??? the size of the capsule seems like the same of my fav, though all ingredients are added in one capsule, compare to single ingredient contained in one capsule which i like and take usually i’m getting confused, lol this one is still good, though!!! sorry that this ain’t helpful at all!!!

It helps with my ADHD....and calms me down. I use it to help extend my ritalin. Memory seems to improve a little as well.
