I think these have been helping me with my upset tummy due to IBS! I always get an upset tummy after eating anything really and because of these I don't fear eating anymore. I've been trying to figure out what my issue was and it must be because I lack enough enzymes to digest protein. I tend to focus on eating alot of protein because I also work out and it can be difficult to digest sometimes at least for me. The capsules are not very big and easy to swallow.
