Whenever your immune system is attacked by invaders, 3 of these pills every 5 hours increases your T cells and you are better almost within one day.I've used it for years. I add little chia seed with cornflakes or raw oats and soak with milk. They don't have any special taste but can make you feel full.
Although I’m taking this supplement for the long-term benefits in hopes that it will be in anti-cancer solution I cannot say what results I will have yet. But I did have immediate results in a having very restful sleep and very vivid dreams.

Good brand, supplements usually good quality. Mushrooms are a must to improve immune system. I recommend it to all my family members, specially during winter time. Just don't take it during pregnancy.
