This Solaray Sleep formula seems to work fairly well for helping me stay asleep, but still not 100% every night. It seems to work even better when used with the Badger Sleep Balm. With being allergic to chamomile, it's been a challenge to find formulas without it.... this one has the advantages of mushrooms, along with melatonin. Great formula! Maybe with time it might work more consistently for me. :)
