well I received mine 2 days ago I haven't try to use it on my kids, I wanted to test it on myself first unfortunately I'm pregnant never the less I will still try it on myself before use it for my kids I hope it works because the smell is not helping at all it smells herbs

I add little chia seed with cornflakes or raw oats and soak with milk. They don't have any special taste but can make you feel full.

I don't think there actually is any supplement that really helps if your child is at the stage where they really need extra help but with desperation comes hope. Unfortunately, it did not help either of my kids but it may be of better help for those whose symptoms are less severe. There was a hint of hope at first for one of my kids but it did help maybe twice so that we didn't insist trying to take them for too long. As for the other kid, she woke up with a headache the next morning so, didn't want to try a second time. Better not to take anything than something that doesn't help at all and only reassures that we've tried.
This looked like a great quality product but I didn’t realise they were swallowable pills, which made it difficult to give to small children. The size of the pills made it hard for any of my kids to take, and unfortunately even cutting the pills didn’t help as the taste was difficult for them to handle. I can’t comment on quality or benefit as I just couldn’t get my kids to take them!
i usually do not write review because it just $1 but for this high quality product i have to and not because of $1 but because many people do not know it yet. the ingredient like chamomile, gotu kola among others are great for calmness. l had first ordered the liquid because my son 4yrs can not swallow tablets, but when i tasted the liquid, it contains some kind of sweetener which was not mentioned in the content else i will not buy because my son health is sensitive to sugar or other kind of sweeteners. i felt bad at wasting my few dollar on the liquid. wondered why the manufactural did not specify the composition used to sweetened the liquid version and i wish i could have a refund for the liquidl. But i will not give up until i can find a herb that works for my son. After some days i decided to waste more dollars on the tablet supplement. I order the tablet and was delivered quickly as usual. I chew one tablet and check the taste, it was neither bitter nor sweet, the taste was not encouraging either, but since their was no sugar it will be a good trial for my son ADHD so i chew one more to see the reaction on my body because i am the lab rat that test my sons diet and medication before given him. after a few minutes i fell very sleepy, though i had have some few sleepless night working yet i knew this was not a normal sleep coming. I knew immediately that it will be a good herb for my son health. I then decided to grind 1 tablet for him every day. he now sleeps better and more focused and relaxed when he wakes up, nevertheless i am keeping a watch at my son for the side effect, for side effect concern i also uses 2 tables once everyday to see if i will have any reaction but non for about a week now. i will edit my evaluation right here in the future as an update if i find any side effects. The package contain 150 tablets so i think its good value for my dollars. but i hope the manufacturer will not increase the price than itll currently so that those in the poor 3rd world contries can benefit. for improvement i will recommend that the manufacturer make the powder form. like in capsules tablet so that kids who cannot tablets can open the capsule and use as powder form. Though i am not a doctor and i am not offering this as a professional medical advice but just from a personal experience and evaluation. On the overall it is a great herb trial for ADHD, insomnia, anxiety, internal agitation, restless legs among others and can be great to treat side effect of some medication like respiridon, kapvay among others. if you find this evaluation helpful kindly give me a Tomb up. thanks
