U will fall asleep soon, just stay away from ur phone. But it shortens your sleeping time, I will naturally get up within 6 hours after I took this, and I usually have 7-8 hours sleep at night. Also u will feel so tired in the morning for the first few days, u can start with 3 spray first, then gradually add up to 6 sprays later.
