I like this product because it is loaded with many different antioxidants in one tablet. I especially prefer it because it includes 100 mg of quercetin. The tablets also have ginko, ginger, green tea extract, tumeric, and several other things I used to buy separately. Now I can get these antioxidants in one tablet. (You take two a day.)
