Lesss refined cane sugar This one doesn't have as much molasses as another brand I use both They are both good quality You have to adjust if your used to crystalized sugar The molasses can over power some ingredients I believe it's a healthy sweetener and I like the taste

I use it in baked goods. Taste is exceptional…except once you enjoy it then you’ll want to spend the extra money to continue buying it. Benefit too is less sugar spike for sure.
I add little chia seed with cornflakes or raw oats and soak with milk. They don't have any special taste but can make you feel full.

This is the best packaged Sucanat available. It has a consistent texture and does not have the weird aftertaste I have found with other brands. I use Sucanat across the board in place of raw sugar and this is my favorite brand.
I put this away to use on a rainy day. Some people believe this form of sugar is a little more healthy than the white version.
This is a great sugar, but it’s just as many calories as granulated sugar; so keep an eye on that. I also like their brand of liquid monkfruit sweetener and it’s zero calories! Decently fast shipping.
