Since using this vitamin, I feel like I can do anything. Without it my work would not be as easy, and I really appreciate the boost of energy it gives me. It is a little expensive for something that is so much better than just taking a placebo-like pill, but it's worth every penny.

This product is absolutely fantastic Gives me energy and just a sense of well being. I have one complaint if you are someone who has a hard time swallowing pills this is a tablet not a capsule and they are huge both long and thick so it’s kind of a chore for Me to swallow but I am able to swallow it. The 500 mg of this product are capsules and not as big but I prefer the 1000mg. Btw iHerb shipping is awesome too I got my order in 2 days very fast!

L-Arginine benefits are well documented, but not widely known to the general public. I use it mostly for the workout in my basement gym or for the endurance training, when I'm riding for a long distances on the bicycle. This is certainly a great quality product - it takes longer before I feel tired. I didn't notice any taste at all. The size of the pill is on the larger side, but there is no problem to swallow really. Convenient package with adequate size of the bottle.
