Scent is refreshing and the size is large! This natural essential oil is different than the usual peppermint and is less strong. This makes it to be perfect to use when you want something minty but too too strong. It has an obvious cooling effect and I tried using it in shower to give me a spa experience, gorgeous! Do NOT apply this Spearmint Essential Oils directly onto your skin for it may cause severe irritations. Instead, mix it with a carrier oil like extra virgin olive oil. I prefer to use mine based on 5 parts Essential Oils with 5 parts virgin coconut oil. Apply afew drops here and there and massage it on your body or around your neck to experience the gentle cooling and fragrance effects. Do avoid touching your eyes and "down below" LOL if you do not wish to get 'burn' LOL.
I purchased this to mix with almond oil and clove oil to create my own tooth oil similar to a brand I loved that is no longer sold in the US. This is a winner, it's got excellent flavour and the drops Very easy to control when dispensing for the mixture. I use about 10 drops of this and 8 of spearmint to one ounce of sweet almond oil. Cleans teeth beautifully and keeps any bacteria at bay. Highly recommended
I use a few drops of this and Tea Tree oil (2-3 to1) with 1 tsp each of baking soda and salt in one cup of filtered water to make my own mouth wash. Leaves a great long-lasting clean fresh taste in your mouth without an alcohol burn.

The spearmint oil from NOW smells great! The bottle is dark which protects the oil, and the cap is easy to open/close, yet sturdy. Also, even though the bottle only contains 1oz, the oil lasts as only a little bit is needed-since it should be mixed with a carrier oil. I'm definitely happy with my purchase!
I use this to make my own hand soap. This spearmint has a lovely sweet mint scent. The oil is pretty potent and I don’t have to use a ton to smell it in my hand soap, so this size bottle is lasting me awhile. Good quality product. The scent has not changed or gone off after having it a year.
