In a hot & humid independent city like Hong Kong, the capsule goes like this in 3 weeks without desiccant packet. I’m not blaming the brand, it easily happened many times with other brands too. I don’t know if the desiccant packet is safe or what(sometimes CGN have 2 in it) but i know there’s always a risk when purchasing supplements.
Age 45. Quality , taste and ingredients are good. Packaging is simple. It has really good benefit my husband got covid and very bad cough. When he tried it today he’s improvement is good. cough is loosening up and he feel like it’s doing something. We will surely continue using it as a part of our diet and recommend this supplement.

I gave 5 stars, because I have no reason to assume that it isn't good for other ailments, however, for allergic rhinitis, this is not working for me at all. I read in the reviews that it helped with allergies for some individuals, but unfortunately, not for me. Other than that, the taste and smell of the capsules is a bit fruity and pleasant. They are a bit bigger than what I am used to, but have no difficulty swallowing them. No side effects so far, even if I take the max dose for the day within several hours. All in all, I am pleased with it, pity it's not helping with my rhinitis.

I take them for 3 months straight before the flu season begins and then during the season. Seems to shorten the colds and upbring me when I feel under the weather. Neutral taste of the capsule. Good for your immune system support. I trust the brand and their ingredients with quality
