I have taken this product on and off for about 6 months. I started with the recommended dose. I have a gangalion cyst on my wrist and it totally disappeared but I felt like it lowered my estrogen too much because I started having hot flashes. I stopped taking it. My cyst came back. I started taking it again but this time only one pill. My cyst is totally gone again after just about 2 weeks taking one pill. Great product, great price.

I heard from a botanical group that this herb at night would lower my tolerance for kratom in the morning, so I decided to try it. And it works! I'm totally full of energy again and pain free when I take my doses of green kratom, and no longer having to mix in the red vein kind to try to bump up its pain relieving properties. I can't really say anything about this relieving pain... ? Because I take it at night. It doesn't affect my sleep in any way. And it's supposed to boost immunity - something I can use since I have a weak immune system anyway - but I can't really comment on that yet because I haven't been taking it long enough to know if it's causing me to get sick less.
I take cat's claw extract to help control the pain of osteoarthritis. I find it to be a very helpful product, and have read a lot of literature on the extract so I do believe it is helping to lessen the discomfort of the disease.
In short, Cat's Claw is the one herbal supplement I really don't think I could do without; and this is my favorite brand of Cat's Claw.
Almost every natural medicine professional seems to add this for their recommendations. I use it to help with inflammation and digestion. A study of this shows it does much more. I like the AC11 process much better but it has become hard to come by and suddenly started disappearing from the makers a few years back. This is the next best thing I have found though not as potent. No known or observed side effects.
