The cost per serving is quite low considering there are 200 servings in one container. And it’s not as vitamin C but also has citrus bioflavonoids, rose hips and acerola! I think it’s a superior product for the price. The taste is not so bad so I just put 1/4 of a teaspoon directly in my mouth. I was thinking of putting into gelatin capsules but because of the neutral taste decided to bypass that hassle. So in short I think you can take it straight. Like if my review helped you
I like it that it has no other ingredients than Vitamin C fromm natural sources like acerola, rose hip and citrus. I was looking for something other than ascorbic acid. It dissolves easily in any liquid. It does not taste great, but it's not horrible either. It's recommended on the product to mix it with orange juice to mask the taste, but honestly i just mix it in water and it's fine.
I've bee using this supplement for years. It's the purest cleanest one I can find other than some of the "whole food" organic one's out there for $40 a tiny bottle. I'm a little surprised at some of these bad reviews on this supplement. This isn't candy or food , it's a supplement. Very natural and not bombarded with sugars ,fillers, preservatives, artificial sweeteners, or even magnesium Stearate not to mention it's buffered and has Rose hips, Acerola and Bioflavonoids. It's VERY difficult to find a supplement on the market like this.
