I have been consuming from this brand since 2017. Its effective and helps to regulate my bowel. Its non habit so i only consume when i need to so good quality and ingredient. The benefit is For effective gut health, i pair it with Dr Ohhira probiotics. It keeps my intestines clean and i feel energised and less likely to fall sick. The caspule size is just right for me to swallow and 3 caspules is right amount.

I'm glad that I'm able to find this oxygen based magnesium cleanser here at iherb for such a low price. The ones I usually buy are twice as expensive for the same amount. At first I was iffy about them, I didn't really think they would work as good as the other ones I usually get. But these actually work better! With the other brand I would need to take 5 capsules to get 2 maybe 3 decent bowel movements the next day. With MagO7 I only need 3 capsules for 2-4 bowel movements the next day! Great quality product! good ingredients as well.

I call this Blaster! Anytime my bowel movement is delayed, 2-3days, I quickly come to this for help. The bottle has been changed but not the formula. It's an excellent Magnesium oxide that's oxygenated. It's a safe laxative that makes like easy. Within 6hours, you are good.! I found this more effective than senna and cascara sagrada!

I used to take magnesium oxide, but then i was told about mag 07. This is so much better. It still acts as an antacid so be aware of taking it near food. It is not going to contribute toward your daily magnesium requirements but it will clean you out. I suggest starting with four the day before you get to sit around at home. everyone has different motility speeds so you dont know how you will react.

Tried this stuff, and it works!!! If you feel bloated, or haven't had a really good tummy detox in a really long time, this is the solution you need. After trying this out for a few weeks, and also taking lots of green juices and probiotics every day, will help to heal acne issues too. That was the reason why I took it in the first place. You do need to clean up your digestive system first before all the nutrients from the food is absorbed effectively into your system to allow your body to heal properly. So hope this helps.

It works like magic - without the slightest discomfort, pain, cramps, bloating or anything like that! I can't recommend it highly enough! Will always have it in my medicine cabinet. The capsules are medium size, I take three before bedtime, as recommended, and it works not only on the next day, but on the next couple of days as well. I don't know how it's possible, but it sems to have a long lasting effect. Excellent quality, safe ingredients and no side effects whatsoever.

This is a great form of Mg! When I was having real problems with constipation from working long hours while not being able to the toilet at work, I needed to be able to wake up in the morning and defecate before work, on demand. This product delivered that regularity. Always grateful for it!

A DO put me on this about 10 years ago for constipation. Works AMAZINGLY!!! If I’m not going, I’ll take 2-3 with about 10 oz water before bed and DO NOT eat with this or it’s not going to work. Once you start taking, you’ll see how your body reacts and what dosage you feel is necessary.

This is the second time I bought this product. If you are looking for digestive system cleanser that’s what it does. Read the suggested dosage carefully, take it before going to bed and make sure you have access to the bathroom the next morning. Personally I did not feel any discomfort taking 4 pills but felt much better next day

OMG!! Finally something to make me regular without the side effects of a laxative. I take 3-4 in the evening time on an empty stomach and I always go the next morning, sometimes 2 times and a lot (not to be graphic). I take for ten days and then take a break, but even on the break I still continue to be more regular. Thank you!!
