I have severe endometriosis and I take a number of supplements. These pills do not reduse my endometriosis but does reduse the pain I get from the endo. It also helped regulate my period. I take 1 pill daily in the morning. Size ks okay and they have no taste. Package arrived really fast to the Netherlands..I will order these again!

I took one a day in the morning (except during my period). It had a vaguely herbal taste? What you would expect. I got it because of irregular periods, and I suspected estrogen dominance (this will increase progesterone). It seems to have improved after a month and a half of taking it (the first period was still messed up), so it seems to be good quality. I did get really bad cramps though.
