What I like about this product is that it's enteric coated. Most other probiotics are not, so your stomach acid kills the beneficial probiotics before it gets to your intestines. I don't have any gut problems and I'm sure this product is the reason. I take one in the evening before bedtime and it helps me sleep better too. Try it - you'll like it.
