I had my very first vaginitis back in 3 months ago, tried pau d arco but I think my body started to get used to it, I tried the candida diet but didnt work after 3 weeks, very frustrated. So I tried oregano oil and this olive leaf, and I actually remove the capsules and poured the powder into water and drink it. after a few days I think Im getting better - still itchy sometimes and with abnormal discharge, but better than before, hopefully this will continue to work and clear all the symptoms. Must take it with food - otherwise you get nauseous or very upset stomach
Olive leaf is one of my favorite herbs, because it improved my overall health and specifically reduces yeast infections and reduces high blood pressure. The quality of the herb is superb.
