This is a high dose for iodione defficiency, see if its the amount you need, though not a toxic dose, it may be high for some. This high dose gets the best results for me, I seldon alternate adding a bit more or with a lower dose supplement. Top quality!

Buying my third package and really like it! Just noticed a few weeks ago that the tablets smell like seaweed (which isn't surprising), but I have never noticed it before.
It is a good product but I have discontinued to use it when I knew that it doesn't go well with thyroid issues. So my advise is to consult your doctor if you have thyroid issues.
