I've been taking iron for some time but since I started with this brand my bloodwork has come back at normal levels for the first time in a long time. As a result, it's become my go-to brand for this supplement. It's easy to take and a high-quality product in my opinion.
Easy to take. No upset stomach. Slightly larger capsule, but I have no problems with it. It’s a lower size dose so it’s probably a good benefit for me who doesn’t need much. I really shouldn't NEED to take iron, being post-menopausal, but I don't eat a lot of red meat and I do donate blood. This product seems to keep my iron high enough that I'm able to donate with no problems. No GI issues for me with it either.

This is a good product but unfortunately, my son has an allergy to aspergillus mold. There are many supplements out there that are fermented using aspergillus in the production process because apparently, it is cheap to produce! Not good news for mold allergy sufferers. We had to switch to another iron supplement elsewhere called Spatone Liquid Iron.

Received package in good condition. The capsule size is easy to swallow and there is no taste whereas those in tablet or pill taste stale. This supplement benefit for no meat diet to replace iron. Deficiency of iron will have giddy symptom every morning. Frequency intake iron is necessary.
Nice low dose of iron. I'm not technically oron deficient but I do know that I don't get enough iron from my diet. Perfect dose to help me with this.
