Excellent natural (herbs) supplement from valerian root (ingredients). I take three capsules before going to bed. The supplement really helps to relax, promotes restful sleep (improvements). It is very convenient that valerian root can be taken in capsules, since I don't really like its smell to drink brewed. The quality is excellent.
This is my absolute go-to when I can't sleep. I am a huge fan of valerian root, and this particular one comes in a glass bottle which I like better than plastic, and also leaves you feeling rested in the morning instead of having medicine head. Works really well without side effects.
oooh yeah. my husband really benefits from this valerian. He takes it sometimes, not every day, when he has trouble falling asleep, and he says it very much helps. The smell is.. not so great, but oh well.

After being offered yet another anti-depressant or sleep medication with awful side effects, I discovered Valerian. It works great and I sleep great on it despite the chronic pain that was keeping me awake before. It's potent stuff. Don't take it unless you're in bed already because you will become sleepy soon after.
