in the beginning I noticed no differences but for the last few days it is slightly better. And knowing that tinnitus is a phycological disorder IT CAN ONLY HELP to get better. Well in my case Also I live in Thailand and I got the product in less than 2 weeks. Serious company for sure I put for stars because my ringing is not gone. But hopefully in a few days I can come back and 5 stars it!
