There's warning on the bottle it self says it taken only when neccessary🛑 I sffer from insomia since for ever, and u need to take 1pill 15~20min before going to bed.!! but honeslty from my experince this doen't seems to help at all😭,, When i started to take it it made me fall asleep fast, ((BUT)) i woke up suddenly multiple times which lead for my to sleep to be less than before💔💔 #Guys please like my review🙏🏽
I take 20mg of Melatonin daily and have done now for over 2-years which puts me to sleep in about 20-30 minutes after taking it. Easy to swallow tablets and the benefits I feel upon waking in the morning (with no side effects or horrible taste in mouth) is feeling refreshed after a good nights consistent sleep. Though I definitely wouldn’t recommend taking these all the time, if you predict a rough or restless night for yourself, this works pretty well in aiding the body to falling and staying asleep! If you haven’t taken these before and willing to try it out, try the half strength 5mg ones first. Upgrade to the 10mg if you are really looking for that deep sleep. Just read up on side effects first. These things had me super drowsy, and in a nice non lethargic way, but can hit hard those of us with low energy or depression so just be careful and take the dosages wisely.

I’ve relied heavily on strong prescription sleeping pills for years but was able to wean off them since I started taking the melatonin and now I don’t use prescription sleeping pills at all.
