Very good i use this pills everyday to sleep well , taste like strawberry very tasty i bought every thing fron natrol because of the taste and quality because i dont like pills but these are chewable and the ingredients are good the package is simple and overall natrol is a good brand i try to buy everything from it

Provides assistance in going to sleep and I don’t feel drowsy at all the next morning. If I take more then 1, I definitely feel drowsy the next day. The taste is great, so easy to chew and swallow. Much prefer using these than other medications or natural products.

Great product. I gave it to my 11 years son as he had trouble to fall a sleep until very late at night. He couldn't get into sleep mode. He have sleeping problem since forever so i finally tried this as he have to go to school. You have to take it by 8pm max because it takes time until it effect. .
