I have medical concerns which make me more susceptible to getting sick. Many years ago drank the liquid immune boost. It was black and something about it seemed right for me. I drank a couple doses daily and it worked so well that I didn't think it was doing anything. I stopped taking it and was getting sick again. I didn't make the relationship to the immune boost until I got the respiratory virus H1N1 and my doctor recommended some extremely expensive natural virus supplement. When I found out the extremely pricey supplement was humic and fulvic acid I went back to morning star's immune boost and opted for the capsules instead. Been taking this daily ever since. Take about 3-4 daily and double it if I feel like I am coming down with something or get sick. I can't guarantee it, but I think this helps me stay more functional with better immunity to sail through waters that would have sunk my boat before. Capsules are better - liquid was staining my teeth.

This is more like taking foods rather than a supplement.
