the delivery came in on time. the package arrived yesterday. phosphatidylserine smell amd taste abit like soy. phosphatidylserine benefits is for sharper memory. the capsules size is fine. easy to swallow. the dosage is 100mg per capsule. it's a ingredients are of quality for easier absorption. I'll update how's my experience after taking for 2 weeks here. thanks.
I tried to sleep better with Phosphatidylserine. Though I trust Jarrow Formulas entirely with the quality and the dosage it doesn't seem to work out for the purpose. Other benefits were not so obvious too for me, so maybe my brain and body didn't need it as much as I thought.
