Eye problems come with age... Jarrow Formula's CarotenAll is the answer for me. I've been taking them for over a year and cannot praise them enough. A week in, taking two a day, my eyes were much less tired and weepy. Now, I take one daily as maintenance and a second if I do a lot of computer work.
I try to eat a balanced diet with vegs of all colors, but it is difficult to meal prep with a bunch of different ingredients everyday given I have a very busy life and not enough time. I also have been looking for an Astaxanthin supplement with only 500mcg, since it is a powerful anti-oxidant and I don't want it to interfere with exercise adaptation at higher doses. CarotenAll has everything I need, and even more as an insurance policy where there are gaps in my diet. I take 1 capsule a day.

Good mixture of ingredients. A great addition to a healthy lifestyle in my opinion. To take it every other day makes more sense to me than to take it daily, which is smart to do with most other supplements as well, with a few exceptions. It contains sunflower oil, only a small amount, but still, they could have used extra virgin olive oil, MCT oil or cold pressed coconut oil instead.
