kombucha is a very favorable fungus for detoxifying the liver and kidneys. I have been taking it in capsule for years because I don't like it in tea, and my liver and kidneys are fine, although I am diabetic. my organs are fine
High quality, and easy to swallow. I think it helps me with digestion too..

I'm a regular kombucha brewer/drinker, and I saw this product and of course had to try. I'm a big believer in the power of a healthy gut, and I felt that these were a great supplement to an already-gut-healthy diet. I only take 1 a day, and I think it's enough. Keeps my gut happy :D I abstained from the last star because they are a bit pricey, especially if you take the full recommended dosage.

This really settles the tummy, though can’t vouch if the tummy upset is extreme, but it works well for me. Take as needed.
