I love curry powder. There are so many kinds to choose from, but I really like Frontier. I like that it is organic. It is made of a bunch of spices that are delicious together. I have heard that in India they use each ingredient in the blend of curry to satisfy each of the different taste sensations of the tongue. These include savory, sweet, bitter, and I can't remember the others, but there is definitely a design behind it. It is a very good price too. It came quick.
I love this curry powder. Price plus quality is on point. I like to add spice to my recipes with meat and especially chicken and it tastes really good. The package is big and lasts me a minimum of half of the year. I use it pretty often even as a small addition.
We live in SE Asia where there are many Curry powders. But we have not found any that have such a nice flavor and make any dish a success. What to speak of the quality organic ingredients that can be hard to find in other curry powders that even sometimes contain wheat!
I love this curry powder. Not one single spice dominates. It's just a perfect blend that gives you a lovely curry taste. I add it to mashed avocado to make a curry dip/spread that I can have on crackers or with potato chips or vege sticks. I also sometimes add it to mashed potato and vegetables or rice noodles to spice them up a bit. I love that it's in a glass container which is not only a comfortable shape to hold but also a great size so lasts for ages, even if you use it a lot like me. I also love that it's organic without any nasty additives and is also non-gmo, non-irradiated and non-eto (ethylene oxide). A perfect product!
I have always trusted Frontier C0-op robust spices and blends, especially in the 16 oz money saving size. An obvious necessity for any curry-related dish. I store well sealed in the freezer to retain potency for many months. The aroma is a natural high for me, and It imparts a wonderful taste to curry tuna fish, butter chicken, etc . Overall quality of this and all Frontier spices are second to non in my opinion.
