I have been extremely forgetful for some time now. I started using Focus factor about a month a go and I have felt and seen improvements in my memory. I think the quality seems to be good and doing its job. The container has 90tablets and the recommended dosage is 4 per day. Due to the cost, I take 2pcs plus 2 vitamine B12 per day. The tablet size is also easy take and have no special taste. I just ordered my second bottle.

Not sure if its placebo but I felt it helps with short term memory for the day when I took it It smells similar to omega3 as it contains omega3 so its bit hard to swallow in the morning but manageable still.
