This has been fantastic for me. The size of the pill is very tiny and in a capsule which makes it easy to swallow without any yucky taste left behind. I was paying a crazy amount of money for a similar product but this has worked equally as well if not better than the brand my doctor was prescribing. These have seem to be high quality and reliable. I have severe GI issues and this has significantly helped my stabilize my issues. I would recommend trying this brand if you are struggling to afford what your health provider is selling you.
Zinc supplements have the scientifically well-established capability of healing and maintaining the mucosal lining. Zinc carnosine is purportedly the molecule that best leverages zinc to this end. It may well be the case, but anecdotally the difference to a Zinc supplement with mixed forms was not earth-shattering. Still, if you have some sort of persistent GI issue that does not go away with simple dietary and lifestyle changes, trying out this supplement for a few weeks should be a no-brainer. It's very safe, but as with any zinc supplement, long-term use may put you at increased risk for copper deficiency. This supplement contains no added maltodextrin, which is nice. The pills are very small and easily swallowed.
this product just fixes your gut inflamation in an heartbeat. listen, i have been eating a lot of trash like fast food and hoping this would fix it. it did. but after a good 2 weeks it might not work unless you adjust your eating habits. i started removing fastfood and now i have no more ulcers because zinc carnosine is the one for ulcers!

The caps as small and one bottle supply is for 2-4 months. If you have chronic digestive issues, inflammation then its best to take a couple of bottles and make sure to take those caps 1-2x per day always before meal. It has been a life savior, especially, for acid reflux and it is as well potent for stomach bloating and ulcers. This stuff is potent and it really works - a must try!

I had no bad stomach reaction taking this like from other forms of zinc, even if it was without food with a few other morning supplements. It is known for restoring the gastric lining and healing other parts of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract and I am interested to get rid of the years of bloating, the famous SIBO, which didn't give up with fibers and prebiotics in 3 years yet. So far, so good, a fast effect from the first day, and my gut feels relaxed after meals, I will see if it gets fixed for good this time. I am happy I can have the zinc needed for immunity also and tolerate it better than what I previously used, which was torture, this is easy to swallow, with no aftertaste. It is amazing !!! Eased any discomfort I had with eating any type of food like a miracle, really. Repairs the stomach lining on itself.
