I really like that this comes in a glass bottle, the packaging is nice, and seems to be good quality. I have ended up not needing this yet, as my prenatal has ample vitamin b-6. I originally bought this as my midwife said extra vitamin b-6 can help with morning sickness if the first trimester. I changed prenatal in the first trimester, and that helped my morning sickness significantly. It seemed to be due to the higher potency of B-6.

This is the second time I'm buying this product. It's really good and I notice my period pain is not too strong while taking this product.
