When looking into in ingredients it's pretty much the same as some pills have (pills are cheaper) but it absorbs (by body) much quicker than pills. One of the nicest tasting omega 3’s. One which my kids will take (and even ask for it). It’s super simple to take on holidays and pack into kit bags for early morning starts. High dose omega 3 in a convenient sachet.
The gel form is perfect for taking and it has also a very pleasant taste. I like the individual dose packaging which is very high quality and easy for opening.

This doesn't have any fishy taste but a pleasant orange cream flavor. I prefer this over the pill form. I have ordered this twice and will order again when I run out.

I bought this product for myself and for my 5 years old sun with Autism. Omega 3 with low cholesterol and the taste is great. I hope it will help my kid develop better.

This was recommended by my daughter-in-law. She actually gave me some for Christmas to try. It tastes great, is easy to use and transport if you need to travel. I cannot testify on its effectiveness for my hair and nails yet but I do trust my DIL so am hoping I see results soon.
