Got diagnosed with GDM few weeks ago and have been experienting all sort of products made from different flours (wholewheat, rye, brown rice, buckwheat). I have been eating quinoa for 2 weeks straight and got really tired of it. This chickpea pasta is a change. Doesnt taste bad but its no real pasta. No al dente-ness. For moms with GDM, can give this a try just to add more edible stuff to the restricted diet repertoire.
