It’s the first time I tried this product. At first it was out of curiosity, but I believe that this pine bark helped keep me from the brink of a cold many times. I have yet to take various measurements to compare and contrast in a more systematic way, but even then this product is quite promising, and I’ll keep taking it. Also, I feel that my skin is less inclined to wrinkling. Even after sleeping on my cheek, the morning wrinkles disappeared faster than before. I wonder if it had anything to do with this extract’s effect on cellular damage.

I’ve been taking 2 capsules a day with fish oil or olive oil, or fatty meals. Some research suggested that Polyphenols absorb better with fats. I notice a subtle energy increase and less brain fog. My partner also notices better skin after taking two capsules. Good quality and good value for money. I would recommend it.

The quality is good, I noticed the benefits of it. I had one particular need to use this product for and it did what it is supposed to do so seems the ingredients are good. I liked it so will buy it again when I run out, it's quite reasonably priced too. Keep in mind it is a bit heavy for stomach though if you have a sensitive one.
Great price and quantity compared to the products named Pyctogenol which is the same thing. I take it few months and feel already great benefits. My blood circulation and general mood are much better. I feel like I have more strenght. I noticed a loss in adipose tissues on stomac and legs like I'm burning more calories thank's to this procust. The overall is great! I raccomand it strongly!
this has been helping me to fight inflammation thanks to its antioxidant properties to fight free radicals. it is well packaged and of goods quality. I will buy again. Pine bark was recommended by my friend. was told it would help hemorrhoids, eczema and fatigue. pine bark is a wonderful ingredient.
I have used Pycnogenol in the past, but it's quite expensive and I believe this is the same extract without the protected brand name. It take it for my legs, varicose veins. French Pine Bark extract seems to decrease passive dilatation and stretching and gives vein walls a greater tonic recovery and elasticity that allows the vein to recover its original shape after dynamic stresses. So far it does the job and my legs are light and no more varicose veins. In the summer I take 2x2 capsules and more if it's very warm. I have been taking this supplement for 20 years as visible varicose veins runs in the family. I am slim and do enough exercise, but I will keep on taking this supplement for the rest of my life. In the winter I sometimes stop for 2 weeks.
