The quality and quantity of this product is great for the price. I use this everyday in my protein shakes. The ingredients are all natural which is one reason why I buy it. There is no weird after taste or anything either. Chia seeds have a lot health benefits with with the good fats.
I frequently purchase chia seeds from the local supermarket, but I have found them to be quite expensive. Therefore, I was delighted to discover chia seeds available on this platform and decided to give them a try. The product met my expectations, arriving in a securely sealed plastic bag, and the quantity provided is sufficient for approximately one to two months for my needs. I am pleased with the purchase and intend to buy them again once I have finished this batch.
as u can see in the pic below, it's quite cheaper for it's quantity n quality...i am satisfied with the product itself..but packaging could have been better specially the sticker to close the packet after using it..or the packaging shouldn't have said to just stick it back to close it..as it didn't work well in my case n spilled almost half of it on my kitchen floor..
Bergin is my favorite company - the best quality and cheapest nuts, seeds, and all that stuff to buy on iHerb. These are really good - big amount as well. I use them for just adding to dishes or salad, or also just put in cocout milk for half an hour or so and it turns into a great and delicious dessert or breakfast food or add to drinks.
I love to use chia seed in many baking recipes and to make porridge. So great to see iherb sell this product for an inexpensive price and for such a large quantity and the qualitu is good. Packing isnt thay durable but i place mine in an airtight container as soon as i get it so it doesnt spill. Chia seed is great for health it a great super food to have at home packed with fiber omega 3 and add some extra protein to smoothies and baked goods, also a good egg replacer.
This is another very diabetic friendly product. I love using it in puddings, overnight oats, and baking. You can make puddings sweetened only with fruit. I love mango and pineapple pudding made with it. I also love those make with almond milk, vanilla or chocolate and honey. These tiny seeds are a good source of protein and fiber. Eat them for good health.
