I’ve bought this before and buying it again. It says 2 capsule but I found it to be to much. My bladder was over working it self with 2 capsule so I reduced to 1 and it’s been great ever since. Quality and taste is good. Any age can use it.

No UTIs or other such issues since starting this brand over a year ago. Can't say it works better than others that I've tried but it seems good quality/ingredients for price and it works.
