Ugh, I hate hate hate tablets! Even the small ones can have a funky shape and cause me some issues when it comes to swallowing them down. These ones are about as big as they get, but as usual (there's a curse upon my house, I tells ya!), they discontinued my fav capsulated ALCAR + ALA combo, so I had to resort to these. This will be out if I find an effective capsule form of the two...
This is a quality supplement with well dosed ingredients. The size of the bottle is good. I have seen benefits after starting to use it in conjunction with training. I tend to take it an hour before a workout. My only complaints are about the taste of the pill - it is slightly unpleasant but not too noticeable. The size of the pills might be too big for someone who has issues swallowing large pills.
Ala alone did not produce the therapeutic effect on my metabolism. With L-carnitine, it is a game changer altogether. I am ever so grateful to this product and the formula they used
this is what will significantly improve ur experience with MSM & lecithin. it has definitely increased my smell & taste, which hasn't been quite the same since having COVID. An inexpensive way to get the most from ur stack.
