I take this niacin for the flush effect, as I did not read that it was no flush with extended release, I just crush them and swallow with water to get niacin flush. no taste , just dry when crushed. I buy most supplements from NOW and quality is alway top notch. the energy rush from flush feels great

Good quality niacin, it does give you a good niacin flush but i have learned to appreciate it more, its nice before sleep helps with energy. Take niacin after melatonin for extra nervous system support. It has good potency effect. Good big size package. I like the ingredients, no time released stuff.
