I was so happy to find a vitamin with this much iron in it, and I appreciated the forms that the vitamins and minerals came in. This supplement is one of the highest quality vitamins that I have found. In fact, for all vitamins I have complaints, but for this one, I don't have any complaints about the ingredients. They are the very best. I don't think I could have found a better prenatal supplement. The only complaint I have is that it does cause some constipation, but it could be worse! The iron content is high, and stool will look a little purple-ish.. There is no taste. I bought this vitamin as a solution to my iron deficiency. I hate getting 3-hr-long iron infusions at the hospital, so I am trying this as a solution. The size of the pill is pretty large, but it is scored in case you need to take a smaller amount or can't swallow the whole thing. The ingredients are fantastic. I love the types of vitamins chosen for this supplement. It's hard to find a vitamin with vitamin K and iodine in it. I tried to take it daily, but I got really constipated. I like the packaging. The pills come in an amber glass jar with a lid. It is appropriate for storing this high-quality of a supplement because it prevents it from losing its potency and quality. I will be a New Chapter customer until they go out of business. I'm very pleased. Also, I have tried this pill on an empty stomach, and just as it says, you won't get sick. Other iron pills have made me so sick that I wanted to barf for hours. This one is GREAT. There's no sickness, and you have maximum absorption if you take it on an empty stomach. I'm using it to treat iron anemia.
