I absolutely LOVE Dr Woods castle soap!! I have used a different brand for many years but decided to give this a try as iHerb offered it as a sale item a few months ago. Never going back to my old brand!! This soap feels silky smooth! Very gentle on my dry skin with the fair trade Shea butter added. I use it to shower with as well as shampoo. I use it for general cleaning around my home and it works great!! I love the lavender scent!!

This is a really high-quality, gentle body wash. It has a very clean and minimal composition, so even those with sensitive and/or dry skin can benefit from this. The scent is a mild lavender one, very natural and not overpowering. I would say that people of all ages can use this, even children, as the gentle composition will be unlikely to harm their skin. Another thing is that the packaging is very pretty, which is kind of random, but I know some people pay attention to this detail. The body wash also comes in many different sizes to choose from.

I purchased the tea tree scent in July and found this castile soap is very good for my skin. The 2nd bottle I decided to have the lavender just to try another scent and I love both they're lovely feel gentle on my dry and sensitive skin. I now also use to shampoo my hair no disappointed at all. Package was well sealed.
Doctor woods lavender feels so soft and the scent is so calming .I love it because it helps my over active grandson wind down so he is able to relax for bed without medication, and it's completely organic so I also sleep better. Thank you! It also arrived in only a couple of days.

I got tired of trying to find lavender-scented hand soap pumps, especially after refill bottles seemed to disappear from the market. I didn't like paying high prices and being left with a lot of plastic bottles to recycle. I bought an inexpensive liquid soap pump and now mix Dr. Woods Lavender Castie soap with water 50/50 to make my own lavender-scented hand soap. It's effective, gentle on my hands, and smells great!
Good liquid soap, doesn't dry my sensitive skin, is gentle and has good composition and quality. A light lavender scent, very natural, not cheap fragrance. Good for everyday use, but as it doesn't give much foam (because there are no heavy sulfates) it's better to be made in bigger package size.
The scent is nice. We prefer this over other scents in the same range. We have been using it for years. Quality is top notch. Perfect for the whole family with sensitive and dry skin. Packaging is good as it survived travel all the way to Asia. It is so far one of the most gentle castile products out there!
